1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery, depending on the product category. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

2. How do I request a return?

You can initiate a return from your account under “My Orders,” or by contacting our support team with your order ID and reason for return.

3. Are there any return charges?

Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items. For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), a small fee may apply depending on your location.

4. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
